Anyone with enthusiasm for padel and people! You don’t need to be a professional coach — just passionate, reliable, and eager to grow the sport in your community. Ideal candidates include existing club members, sports leaders, parents, teachers, students, volunteers, and anyone keen to learn new skills and help others discover padel.
What You Can Do as a C2P™ Community Activator
Deliver and support C2P™ Intro2Padel™, Intro Plus and Social sessions under C2P™ guidance.
Welcome and mentor new players to create a friendly, inclusive environment.
Help plan and run events, leagues and community outreach.
Act as a link between the venue, schools, workplaces and the local community.
Access C2P™ training, mentoring, and a progression pathway into formal coaching if desired.
